What is the MOQ for custom swimwear?
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style per color on stocked fabrics. Custom-dyed or custom-knit swim fabrics are confirmed case by case, because mills set their own minimums.
Can you make chlorine-resistant swimwear?
Yes. For training and frequent-pool use we recommend chlorine-resistant polyester-spandex or PBT. Tell us the end use and we will propose a suitable fabric.
How long does a swimwear order take?
Sampling takes about 7–10 working days per style, and bulk production typically completes within 25–40 calendar days after the pre-production sample is approved.
How do you control quality?
Every order is inspected to AQL 2.5 by our in-house QC team, from incoming fabric to packed goods. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC) is welcome on request.
