Our OEM & ODM Capabilities

Product Development

We help translate sketches, tech packs and reference garments into production-ready specifications, including pattern development, construction details and sample revisions.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing

Choose suitable fabrics, elastics, zippers, drawcords and other trims according to the product’s performance, appearance and target market.

Private Label Customization

Add custom colors, prints, embroidery, heat-transfer logos, woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging for a consistent brand presentation.

Quality Control

Production details are checked from incoming materials and cutting through sewing, finishing and packing. Third-party inspections can also be coordinated.

Products We Manufacture

Our main categories include custom activewear, custom swimwear and custom casualwear. Programs can be developed for men, women and children according to your design and market requirements.

How the Manufacturing Process Works

  1. Requirement review: We check your tech pack, materials, measurements, decoration, packaging, quantity and delivery target.
  2. Quotation and material proposal: Costs and suitable fabric or trim options are prepared for your review.
  3. Sample development: We develop counter samples so you can evaluate fit, workmanship, color and branding. After your feedback, we produce fitting samples, lab dips, strike-offs and trim confirmations.
  4. Pre-production (PP) samples: Once fittings are approved, PP samples become the sealed reference standard for bulk production.
  5. Pre-production approval: Final specifications and the approved sample are confirmed before bulk production.
  6. Bulk manufacturing: Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing are managed according to the confirmed requirements.
  7. Inspection and shipment: Finished goods are checked and shipment documents are prepared for dispatch.

What Affects Your MOQ

Our standard minimum is from 100 pcs per style per color when you use our stocked fabrics — this is the fastest and most affordable route for a first run. If you need custom-dyed or custom-knit fabric, the minimum depends on the fabric and color, because mills set their own production minimums; send us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact figure for your design.

  • Stocked fabric: 100 pcs per style per color applies, so you can start a first run with a low commitment.
  • Custom-dyed / custom-knit fabric: The minimum is decided case by case and is usually higher, because the mill has to produce a dedicated batch for your color or construction. We confirm it once your fabric and colorway are known.
  • Color: A color already in our library needs less. A brand-new custom dye lot costs more and needs a larger run per color.
  • Recycled & sustainable materials: GRS-certified recycled fabrics, organic cotton and eco-friendly dyes often carry a higher MOQ and longer lead time due to supply.
  • Trims & accessories: Custom zippers, elastics, drawcords, heat-transfer logos and woven labels are made to order and each carries its own minimum.
  • Printing & decoration: Screen printing requires a separate screen for each design and each color; digital or sublimation printing is more flexible for small runs and multi-color artwork.

If your order is smaller than the standard minimum, ask us — for many styles we can combine production or use stocked materials to keep your first run affordable.
