Hijab That Stays Put — Our Anti-Float Design Details
- Snap-button connection between hijab and top, so the hijab does not float up or drift in the water.
- Inner drawstring adjustment for a secure fit across head sizes.
- Connecting loops at the shoulders to anchor the hijab during movement.
- Thumb holes on long sleeves to keep sleeves in place while swimming.
- Ties between top and pants on selected styles to stop the tunic riding up.

Sizes
Women: XS–6XL (dedicated plus-size grading from 4XL). Girls: 2–14 years. Size ratios within the 100-piece MOQ can be mixed freely. Custom size charts for EU, UK, US, AU and Middle East markets are available — tell us your market and we grade accordingly.

- Proto / fitting sample — first physical sample in 7–10 working days.
- PP (pre-production) sample — sealed approval sample in about 7 days; bulk production follows your sign-off.
- Bulk production — 25–40 calendar days after PP sample approval.
- Quality control — inline checks plus final inspection to AQL 2.5 before packing.

Our factory is BSCI, OEKO-TEX and GRS certified, and our fabrics can be supplied with the corresponding certificates and third-party test reports (SGS, BV or Intertek) for your market’s compliance requirements.
- AQL 2.5 final inspection on every bulk order, with inline checks during production.
- Third-party inspection welcome — SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team, at any stage.
- Fabric testing — in-house colorfastness and stretch checks on every fabric lot; third-party test reports (UPF, chlorine resistance, composition) can be arranged on request.
- Sealed samples at every stage — PP sample and shipment sample retained as the reference standard for your order.

Q1. What is your MOQ for modest swimwear?
100 pieces per style per color. Sizes can be mixed freely within that quantity, so you can cover XS–6XL or a full girls’ size run in a single order.
Q2. How much do samples cost?
Sample pricing depends on whether we use stock fabric or develop custom fabric for you — contact us with your design and we will quote the exact fee before starting. Sample lead time is 7–10 working days.
Q3. How long does bulk production take?
25–40 calendar days after your PP (pre-production) sample approval. The PP sample itself takes about 7 days. We confirm a production schedule with your order and update you at each stage.
Q4. Can you manufacture from our own designs?
Yes. Send a tech pack, a reference sample, or even clear photos with measurements — our in-house pattern makers will develop the style, including the anti-float hijab construction and plus-size grading.
Q5. Can you provide fabric test reports?
Our core fabrics are available in OEKO-TEX and GRS-certified options, and every fabric lot passes in-house colorfastness and stretch checks. Third-party test reports (UPF 50+, chlorine resistance, composition) can be arranged with SGS or a lab of your choice.
Q6. Do you support private label?
Fully. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, logo printing or embroidery, silicone logos and retail packaging are all produced to your artwork.
Q7. What are your payment terms?
T/T. Terms are confirmed in the quotation before sampling starts, so there are no surprises later.
Q8. How do you ship, and can we inspect before shipment?
Bulk orders ship FOB Xiamen; samples go by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC) is welcome at any stage, and we send sealed shipment samples for your final confirmation before dispatch.
