At Vista Clothing, every order follows a clear, structured process — from your first enquiry to final delivery. Below is exactly how we work with apparel brands, wholesalers and importers on OEM and ODM orders for custom activewear, swimwear and casualwear.
How the Process Works
1. Price Quotation
Send us your tech packs, product details and target price, and our merchandisers will respond with a competitive quotation. Custom OEM/ODM designs, logos and packaging are available on request.
2. Counter Sample Development
We develop counter samples so you can evaluate product quality, workmanship and finishing before moving forward, ensuring all technical details meet your expectations.
3. Order Confirmation
After receiving your official purchase order, we issue a proforma invoice promptly for your confirmation.
4. Fitting Sample Approval
Once the deposit or L/C is received, we produce fitting samples, lab dips, strike-offs and trims for your approval before bulk production.
5. Pre-Production Samples
PP samples take around 7 days to complete, with another 7 days for your comments or approval. Once approved, the PP samples become the sealed standard reference for bulk production.
6. Bulk Production
After PP samples are approved, bulk production begins under strict quality control — every step from cutting and stitching to finishing is executed with precision. Bulk lead time is 25–40 days after the pre-production sample is approved, depending on order quantity.
7. In-Line & Final Inspection
Our in-house QC team conducts in-line and final inspections and provides a detailed report with photos. You may also assign a third-party inspection company or your own QC, and we will fully cooperate.
8. Shipping Sample Confirmation
We send you shipping samples with the finalized packaging for your confirmation before dispatch.
9. Shipment Arrangement
Once your forwarder information is confirmed, we arrange shipment immediately and provide shipping documents — such as the invoice and packing list — for your approval.
10. Balance Payment & Document Release
The balance payment is made after you receive the copy of the B/L and other shipping documents. Once we receive your payment, the original documents are released immediately so you can pick up the goods on time.

Certifications held by our factory
Our factory holds BSCI (social compliance), GRS (Global Recycled Standard, for recycled-content orders) and OEKO-TEX (textile safety). Full details are published on our certifications page. For GRS orders we can supply the transaction certificate that ties the recycled content to your specific shipment — a logo on a page proves nothing, a batch certificate does.
Third-party inspection is welcome, not avoided
Our in-house QC follows AQL 2.5 on in-line and final inspection. You are also free to book SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC team. We hand over the goods, the records and the factory floor for inspection — the report is issued by them, not by us.
